The prison guard, dressed in full armor and looking rather stolid. he's a bit of a dim-witted type, yet fiercely loyal to his masters. he probably is sitting in or near the guardhouse, with some half-eaten dinner nearby. if you need to add a prisoner, i've got two ideas: first, you could have a poor wretch dressed in rags. alternatively, the prisoner might be a well dressed gentlemen charged with plotting - who is eagerly waiting for their 'associates' to show up and release them. concept
