Hello. namaste. thank you for joining to this course. sorry for my english, it's not my native language. but don't worry spoken words are very limited in this course since we will learn meditation through sounds. this language i know better as a sound engineer. let’s learn some basics. meditation is an exercise for attention. you just seat and watching your breath. when your mind wonders something else you just move your attention back. more you do it better it gets. but as sound engineer i have my own method. let’s do the same but this time we will focus on the clock sound. congrats! you just have meditated. probably at some point you was wondering what a boring sound i chosed or when it will end. or your daily routines and worries. the point of meditation is move your attention back to the clock when you noticed it.
