Imagine a vision of ho chi minh city where the solution of building modular skyscrapers with integrated green spaces to mitigate affordable and quality housing shortage. these are located throughout the city, situated on thu thiem vacant land, near the river providing a safe and supportive environment near public transportation, job opportunities, essential services, economic districts. the designs of these modular skyscrapers draw inspiration from the essence of modern architecture. the energy systems use renewable energy to address global warming. it uses natural materials such as bamboo, wood to promote a sense of mindfulness while utilizing metal to amplify the modernity. the project utilizes innovative design approach such as biomorphic design and parametric design, the combination of traditional materials and metal and innovative design approach allows modernity blends with traditions. use 3d-printing and pre-fabricalted to tackle the costs when constructing.
